Planning a July 2027 Disney Vacation Club vacation? Your 11-month Home Resort booking window is about to open. Beginning August 1, 2026, Members can make Home Resort reservations for arrivals starting July 1, 2027. Popular resorts and room types often book quickly, so planning ahead is essential.

Direct Sales Recap: Demand for Saratoga Springs Sales Remains High

According to reporting from DVCNews.com, Disney Vacation Club direct sales slowed in June, posting the lowest monthly sales total of 2026. Polynesian Island Tower remained Disney's top-selling resort, while Animal Kingdom Villas saw a surprising increase in sales as Disney shifted its marketing focus. Right of First Refusal Trends-July

From DVC Resale Market: As July comes to a close, the overall Right of First Refusal (ROFR) picture remains remarkably consistent. While Disney continues to selectively buy back contracts at a handful of resorts—most notably Old Key West, Grand Californian, and Grand Floridian—the vast majority of resale purchases continue to pass without issue. Old Key West reclaimed the top spot for total buybacks in 2026, Grand Californian remains the most aggressive by percentage, and another massive Disneyland Hotel contract highlighted Disney's willingness to reacquire premium inventory. Even so, with an overall waiver rate of 96.3%, ROFR remains an important step in the buying process rather than a significant obstacle for most Disney Vacation Club buyers.

February Use Year Banking Deadline
DVC points must be used by the end of the Use Year or banked at least 4 months earlier. For December Use Year, book by September 30
