Direct Sales Recap: Demand for Saratoga Springs Sales Remains High

DVC News.com reports monthly activity for Disney direct sales at Florida resorts.In May 2026, Disney sold 161,513 Disney Vacation Club points for the 12 DVC timeshare resorts located at World Disney World. That monthly point total exceeded what DVC sales have averaged over the previous three-month (159,732 points), six-month (155,491 points), and twelve-month periods (153,108 points). Read More

Resale Pricing Up Slightly In June

Down 41% vs. Last Year

The DVC Field Guide Resale Index tracks resale listings from three major resellers. The Resale Index was up slightly, 0.1%, from last month. In June, the average price per point in the resale market was $114.91 vs. $115.02 in May. Listings across the three major resellers remain down, 8% from last month. Listings have gone down 41% since June 2025. The lack of listings should keep resale prices higher. Read More

Right of First Refusal Trends-June

From DVC Resale Market: June continued many of the same Right of First Refusal trends we’ve been watching throughout 2026. There weren’t any major surprises from the ROFR monster this month, with Disney Vacation Club continuing to focus on many of the same resorts we’ve seen throughout the first half of the year. Leading the way were Old Key West and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, each with three buybacks. Grand Floridian followed with two, while Animal Kingdom and Disneyland Hotel each saw one contract purchased back by Disney.
