Which Grand Villas are the hardest to book?

Availability is generally good at Grand Villas, but booking a Grand Villa at Disneyland within the seven-month window can be challenging. There are only two of these villas, and currently, only one is available for reservation. The Aulani Standard View is also in high demand. They are priced about 30-50 points/night less than the ocean-view Grand Villa at Aulani. Another difficult option to secure is the "Near the Hospitality House" view at Old Key West. Only two of these villas are available, and the points required are the same as for other Grand Villas located further away from the Hospitality House. Availability at other Grand Villas may fill up during certain times of the year. Holidays and fall are typically busier times for Three-Bedroom Grand Villas.
