The villas opened December 15, 2019, and is themed after the European Riviera's elegance. Located on the new Skyliner, the resort is a stand-alone DVC Villa located between Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The rooms are huge here, but the accommodation points are higher than competing DVC Villas nearby. With the current Riviera contracts, DVC introduced very restrictive resale terms that may lower prices if contracts are sold on secondary markets.
