Your Guide to DVC’s 2026 Price Updates: New Resort Rates

DVC typically has a price increase early in the year. This is the first rate increase since February 2025.

In February 2026, Disney Vacation Club introduced new prices for direct point purchases. Whether you’re dreaming of your first Disney vacation or thinking about adding more points to your membership, these updates are important to keep in mind. While resale points remain an option, buying directly from Disney still comes with exclusive perks—think special events, merchandise discounts, and more—that can make every trip to the magic extra special.

DVC has a tradition of reviewing its prices each year, often updating rates to match the excitement and demand for Disney vacations. The latest adjustment in February 2026 follows this pattern.

Here’s a quick look at the new direct purchase price changes for DVC resorts as of February 2026:

- Aulani Resort- $243 per point up from $235 per point

- Cabins at Fort Wilderness - $243 per point up from $235 per point

- Disney's Polynesian Resort - $243 per point up from $235 per point

- Disney's Riviera Resort- $243 per point up from $235 per point

- Disneyland Hotel - $248 per point up from $245 per point

Keep in mind that prices can change with special promotions or contract details, so it’s always a good idea to double-check with Disney for the latest numbers. Other resorts did not see a change in per-point price during this update. Currently, they require a contract of at least 100 points.
