The new year of direct sales for Disney Vacation Club resorts started off much like it ended in 2025, except for one resort which posted its best month ever.

Disney Lakeshore Lodge (formerly Reflections) is a nature-inspired resort being built on the former River Country water park on Bay Lake. Located between Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness at Walt Disney World, it’ll feature both hotel rooms and Disney Vacation Club villas.

End of an Era for Disney World’s DVC Family Kitchen
It’s the end of an era for one of our favorite underrated restaurants at Walt Disney World. Olivia’s Cafe, which we long ago lovingly dubbed the DVC Family Kitchen, is refurbishing its dining rooms. As part of this project, the photos from generations of guests that have been collected over the years will be removed and relocated.

Disney Vacation Club has just released its Winter/Early Spring 2026 direct sales incentives, offering savings for both existing Members adding on and first‑time buyers looking to join. In celebration of Disney Vacation Club’s 35th anniversary, Members can save an additional $1,000 if you add on at least 150 Vacation Points, or first-time buyers can save an additional $1,000 when purchasing at least 200 points at the following resorts:
