Price Increase for Disney Vacation Club One Time Use Points in March 2026
Beginning March 23, 2026 the price for Disney Vacation Club's One Time Use points has increased to $22.50 each. These points were previously marketed at a fixed price of $20 each, which was actually a rate of $17.77 per point plus 12.5% Central Florida tourism taxes. Now the price of the points has increased to $20 each with the 12.5% tax bringing the total to $22.50 each.

The Perch at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spaopened late 2025 after a nearly year-long refurbishment of the hotel’s main lobby. In addition to new carpet, textiles, and furniture, the Grand Floridian lobby is now also home to The Perch. This lobby bar is themed to resemble a bird cage that would have been popular in opulent Victorian homes in the early 1900s. The Perch adds warmth and amenities to a lobby that is frequently a gathering place and home to events like the Easter egg display and holiday gingerbread house.
