The tables illustrate the average number of consecutive days available for booking a designated accommodation over a week, based on data collected over the past seven years. These availability figures align with what is displayed when searching for a unit on the DVC website. To make the data easily interpretable, a traditional red-and-green light format is used: green indicates the highest availability, while any number less than 7—indicating limited availability—signals caution. A total of seven means that every day of the week is available for booking.

Hilton Head Island should have week availability for most studios/Villas at the 11- and 7-month windows.
Studios—Studios should have no difficulty booking within the 11- and 7-month windows. However, there may be slight tightening in availability during the last part of the month at the 7-month window.
1 Bedroom-1-bedroom villas are popular here, but booking is usually easy at the 11 and 7-month marks. There may be some difficulty in the last half of the month for the 7-month window.
2-Bedroom - There are 97 two-bedroom units available, the majority at the resort. These are usually the most available units, and they might even be free one month before your reservation.
Grand Villas- Historically, these villas are consistently available for both 11-month and 7-month windows.
