Summer is the busiest season at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, but availability varies considerably by accommodation type. Members booking at the 11-month home resort window should have little difficulty reserving any villa category. By the 7-month window, however, inventory becomes the deciding factor. The resort's large inventory of 2-Bedroom Villas allows them to remain widely available throughout the summer, while 1-Bedroom Villas continue to offer good booking opportunities for members who reserve promptly. Deluxe Studios become increasingly difficult to reserve because of their limited inventory and strong demand, and 3-Bedroom Grand Villas are rarely available due to there being only five at the resort. For members without home resort priority, choosing a larger accommodation often provides the best opportunity to secure a summer reservation.

Studios—
Deluxe Studios are among the most difficult accommodations to reserve during the summer months. While home resort owners generally enjoy excellent availability, demand quickly outpaces supply once the seven-month booking window opens. Members should expect limited availability, with full-week stays becoming increasingly uncommon throughout June and July.

1 Bedroom—
One-Bedroom Villas offer solid availability throughout the summer. Although the resort has only 21 villas, they generally remain available at the seven-month window for members who book as soon as reservations open. Availability gradually declines as the booking window shortens but remains much stronger than Deluxe Studios

2-Bedroom -
Two-Bedroom Villas provide the best availability at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. Their inventory of 97 villas—more than four times that of any other accommodation type—allows them to maintain excellent availability even during peak summer travel. For members booking at seven months, a two-bedroom villa consistently offers the highest likelihood of securing a full-week reservation.

Grand Villas-

With only five Grand Villas in the entire resort, availability is extremely limited once reservations become available to all members. Although home resort owners generally have good booking opportunities at eleven months, members booking at seven months should expect very limited availability. Grand Villas are best reserved using home resort priority, especially for summer vacations.
