Animal Kingdom Lodge-Jambo House
Overall Summary
Summer availability at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House is largely determined by room category. Members booking at the 11-month home resort window generally have excellent opportunities across nearly every accommodation type, with the notable exception of the highly sought-after Value and Kilimanjaro Club Concierge accommodations. By the 7-month window, the larger inventories of Resort View and Savanna View villas continue to provide good booking opportunities, while Value and Concierge accommodations become extremely difficult or impossible to reserve. For members without home resort priority, standard Resort View and Savanna View accommodations offer by far the best chance of securing a summer stay.
Studios
Studio availability varies dramatically depending on view category. Resort View and Savanna View Studios remain among the more accessible studio options at seven months, with Savanna View performing especially well throughout the summer. In contrast, Value Studios and Kilimanjaro Club Concierge Studios are some of the hardest accommodations in all of Disney Vacation Club to reserve due to their extremely limited inventory. Members booking at seven months should generally focus on Resort View or Savanna View Studios if flexibility is important.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas offer excellent overall availability, particularly in the Resort View and Savanna View categories, where full-week reservations remain common even at seven months. Value One-Bedroom Villas are much more limited and become increasingly difficult to reserve as the booking window shortens, while Kilimanjaro Club Concierge One-Bedroom Villas are rarely available because of their very small inventory. Overall, members seeking a one-bedroom have a very good chance of success if they choose Resort View or Savanna View accommodations.
2-Bedroom Villas
Like the one-bedroom category, Resort View and Savanna View Two-Bedroom Villas maintain excellent availability throughout the summer and remain realistic booking options at seven months. Value Two-Bedroom Villas are among the most difficult larger accommodations to obtain because of their limited inventory, while Kilimanjaro Club Concierge Two-Bedroom Villas are virtually impossible to reserve without home resort priority. Families needing a two-bedroom will have the greatest success targeting Resort View or Savanna View villas.
3-Bedroom Grand Villas
Although there are only six Grand Villas at Jambo House, they generally offer better availability than the Concierge accommodations because of their higher point cost and more specialized demand. Home resort owners should have little difficulty booking at eleven months, while members booking at seven months may still find availability, particularly if their travel dates are flexible. Grand Villas remain one of the more attainable specialty accommodations at Jambo House compared to the Value and Concierge categories.
Animal Kingdom Lodge-Kidani Village
Overall Summary
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge – Kidani Village offers some of the strongest summer availability in Disney Vacation Club, particularly for members booking at the seven-month window. Thanks to its large inventory of Resort View and Savanna View accommodations, most villa types remain readily available well beyond the home resort booking period. Unlike Jambo House, Kidani Village does not include Value or Kilimanjaro Club Concierge accommodations, resulting in much more consistent availability across all room categories. While availability naturally declines as the booking window shortens, Kidani Village is one of the most accessible DVC resorts for members without home resort priority.
Deluxe Studios
Deluxe Studios offer excellent summer availability, particularly in the Savanna View category, which benefits from an inventory of 105 studios. Resort View Studios also remain widely available throughout the seven-month booking window. Members can generally expect to find full-week reservations available, making Kidani Village one of the easiest resorts to book a studio during the busiest travel season.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas provide exceptional availability throughout the summer. Both Resort View and Savanna View villas consistently maintain full-week availability at both the 11- and 7-month booking windows. With generous inventory and steady availability, Kidani Village is one of the best options for members seeking a one-bedroom villa during peak summer travel.
2-Bedroom Villas
Two-Bedroom Villas also perform exceptionally well. Whether choosing a Lock-Off or Dedicated villa in either Resort View or Savanna View, members will generally find excellent availability throughout the summer. Although lock-off villas experience a slight decline as the booking window shortens, full-week reservations remain common at seven months, making Kidani Village one of the most dependable resorts for larger families.
3-Bedroom Grand Villas
Grand Villas are available in both Savanna View and Resort View, with Savanna View representing the majority of the inventory. Despite their limited numbers, both categories maintain surprisingly good availability throughout the summer, with seven-month bookings remaining realistic for members who reserve promptly. Among Disney Vacation Club resorts, Kidani Village offers some of the strongest Grand Villa availability, especially compared to resorts with only a handful of Grand Villas.
Bay Lake Tower
Overall Summary
Bay Lake Tower remains one of the most desirable Disney Vacation Club resorts, and summer demand reflects its prime location within walking distance of Magic Kingdom. Home resort owners booking at the 11-month window generally enjoy excellent availability across all accommodations. By 7 months, however, availability varies significantly by room category and view. Preferred View accommodations consistently offer the strongest availability because of their much larger inventory, while Resort View and Theme Park View accommodations become considerably more competitive. Members without home resort priority will have the greatest success by targeting Preferred View villas.
Deluxe Studios
Studio availability depends heavily on view category. Preferred View Studios consistently offer excellent availability at seven months thanks to an inventory of 105 studios, making them the easiest studio to reserve. Resort View Studios, with only 24 rooms, become much more difficult to secure, while Theme Park View Studios are among the most competitive accommodations at the resort because of their combination of limited inventory (18 rooms) and exceptionally high demand. Members booking at seven months should strongly consider Preferred View if flexibility is important.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas generally provide good summer availability, particularly in the Preferred View category, which consistently maintains strong availability throughout the seven-month booking window. Resort View villas become more limited due to their smaller inventory, while Theme Park View villas remain highly sought after and disappear more quickly than Preferred View accommodations. Overall, Preferred View offers the best opportunity for members booking without home resort priority.
2-Bedroom Villas

Theme Park View Grand Villas are especially desirable because of their views of Magic Kingdom, while Preferred View Grand Villas benefit from a slightly larger inventory. Members seeking a Grand Villa during the summer should plan to book as early as possible, particularly if a Theme Park View is desired.
Beach Club
Overall Summary
Disney's Beach Club Villas remains one of the most difficult Disney Vacation Club resorts to reserve during the summer months. Its walking distance to EPCOT, access to Stormalong Bay, and relatively small villa inventory create consistently high demand across every accommodation type. Home resort owners booking at the 11-month window generally have excellent success securing reservations. At 7 months, however, availability drops dramatically for most room categories. With the exception of 1-Bedroom Villas, members without home resort priority should expect significant difficulty finding full-week summer reservations, especially if booking after the seven-month window opens.
Deluxe Studios
Deluxe Studios are among the most competitive accommodations at Beach Club Villas. Although owners can typically reserve them at eleven months, availability declines rapidly once the seven-month booking window opens. Despite having 110 studios, summer demand is so high that full-week reservations become uncommon, and availability often disappears quickly.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas provide the best availability at Beach Club Villas. With 94 villas, they consistently maintain strong availability at both the 11- and 7-month booking windows and remain the best option for members without home resort priority. While availability gradually declines as the booking window shortens, one-bedroom villas continue to offer realistic opportunities for full-week summer stays.
2-Bedroom Villas
Two-Bedroom Villas are considerably more difficult to reserve than one-bedroom villas. Both Lock-Off and Dedicated villas experience heavy demand throughout the summer, and availability drops sharply once the seven-month booking window opens. Full-week reservations become rare, particularly beyond seven months, making early booking essential for members seeking a two-bedroom stay.
Boardwalk
Overall Summary
Disney's BoardWalk Villas is one of the most competitive Disney Vacation Club resorts during the summer, driven by its walking distance to both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. While home resort owners generally enjoy excellent availability at the 11-month booking window, availability becomes highly dependent on room view once reservations open to all members at 7 months. Deluxe Studios

Resort View Studios and BoardWalk View Studios are much more competitive due to their smaller inventories and are often unavailable shortly after the seven-month booking window opens. Members seeking a summer studio should strongly consider Garden/Pool View accommodations.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas offer the best overall availability at BoardWalk Villas. Garden/Pool View One-Bedroom Villas, benefiting from an inventory of 188 villas, consistently maintain excellent availability throughout the summer. Resort View and BoardWalk View villas are more competitive but still provide reasonable booking opportunities for members reserving promptly at seven months. Among all accommodation types, one-bedroom villas offer the highest likelihood of securing a summer reservation.
2-Bedroom Villas
Availability for Two-Bedroom Villas closely mirrors the studio categories. Garden/Pool View Lock-Off Villas offer the strongest availability and remain the most practical option at seven months. In contrast, Resort View and BoardWalk View Lock-Off Villas become difficult to reserve because of their limited inventories and high demand. Members needing a two-bedroom villa should expect much greater success by selecting a Garden/Pool View accommodation.
3-Bedroom Grand Villas
BoardWalk Villas has just seven BoardWalk View Grand Villas, making them one of the resort's rarest accommodations. Despite their limited inventory, availability at the seven-month window is somewhat better than many specialty accommodations because of their higher point cost and narrower demand. Nevertheless, members planning a summer stay should reserve as early as possible, as full-week availability becomes increasingly limited later in the booking cycle.

Boulder Ridge Villas offers some of the strongest summer availability among the original Disney Vacation Club resorts. While home resort owners enjoy excellent availability at the 11-month booking window, members booking at 7 months also have very good opportunities across most accommodation types. The standout category is the 1-Bedroom Villa, which maintains exceptional availability well beyond seven months. 2-Bedroom Villas also perform very well, while Deluxe Studios remain the most competitive accommodation due to their smaller inventory and popularity with couples and small families. Overall, Boulder Ridge is one of the easier Magic Kingdom-area resorts to reserve during the summer.
Deluxe Studios
Deluxe Studios offer good availability at the seven-month window but become increasingly competitive as the booking window shortens. With 65 studios, members booking promptly at seven months can often secure a full-week stay, although availability declines much faster than the larger villa categories. Studios remain the most difficult accommodation to reserve at Boulder Ridge, but they are considerably more attainable than studios at resorts such as Beach Club or BoardWalk.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas provide outstanding availability throughout the summer. With 72 villas, they consistently maintain full-week availability not only at the seven-month window but well into the later booking periods. Even at five and three months, one-bedroom villas continue to show remarkably strong availability, making them one of the easiest accommodations to reserve anywhere in Disney Vacation Club.
2-Bedroom Villas
Both Lock-Off and Dedicated 2-Bedroom Villas offer very good summer availability. While lock-off villas become somewhat more competitive as the booking window shortens, both categories generally maintain full-week availability at seven months. Dedicated two-bedroom villas perform especially well, remaining available well beyond seven months and providing excellent booking opportunities for larger families.
Boulder Ridge
Cabins at Fort Wilderness
Overall Summary
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort offer one of the strongest availability profiles in Disney Vacation Club. Currently the inventory allows excellent booking opportunities throughout the summer. Home resort owners should have no difficulty securing reservations at the 11-month booking window, and members booking at 7 months can also expect consistent full-week availability. While availability declines rapidly after the seven-month window, the sheer number of cabins makes this one of the easiest summer reservations for members without home resort priority.
Copper Creek
Overall Summary
Disney's Wilderness Lodge – Copper Creek Villas & Cabins offers strong summer availability across most accommodation types, though results vary depending on villa size. Home resort owners booking at the 11-month window should have little difficulty securing reservations. At the 7-month window, 1-Bedroom Villas and Cabins provide the best availability, while Studios become noticeably more competitive because of their limited inventory. 2-Bedroom Villas generally remain attainable, although the smaller lock-off categories disappear more quickly. Overall, Copper Creek offers better summer availability than many Magic Kingdom-area resorts, especially for members willing to reserve a one-bedroom villa or cabin.
Deluxe Studios
Studios are the most competitive accommodations at Copper Creek. Both standard studios and Studios with Walk-In Showers experience strong demand during the summer, with availability declining steadily after the seven-month booking window opens. While members booking promptly at seven months still have a reasonable opportunity to secure a reservation, studios become much harder to find than the larger villa categories as the booking window shortens.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas provide excellent availability throughout the summer. With 56 villas, they consistently maintain strong availability at both the 11- and 7-month booking windows and continue to perform well even several months later. For members without home resort priority, the one-bedroom villa offers one of the best opportunities to enjoy Copper Creek during peak summer travel.
2-Bedroom Villas
Two-Bedroom Villas offer generally good summer availability, although results vary by configuration. The Dedicated 2-Bedroom Villas consistently provide stronger availability than the Lock-Off Villas, which are limited by their smaller inventories. The Lock-Off Villas with Walk-In Showers fall between the two, offering respectable availability at seven months but becoming more competitive as the booking window shortens. Overall, members booking promptly at seven months still have a good chance of securing a two-bedroom villa.
3-Bedroom Grand Villas
With only four Grand Villas, this accommodation is naturally limited in supply. Despite the small inventory, Grand Villas maintain respectable availability during the summer, likely because of their higher point cost and more specialized demand. Members booking at seven months may still find opportunities, but early planning is recommended for a full-week stay.
Cabins
The 26 waterfront Cabins consistently provide some of the best availability at Copper Creek. Full-week reservations remain common at both the 11- and 7-month booking windows and continue to hold up well even as the booking window shortens. Although the cabins require a significant number of points, their combination of generous inventory and more specialized demand makes them one of the easiest premium accommodations to reserve during the summer.
Grand Floridian
Overall Summary
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Villas offers excellent overall summer availability, particularly since the addition of the Resort Studios in the Big Pine Key building. Home resort owners booking at the 11-month window should have little difficulty securing reservations across all accommodation types. At the 7-month window, availability varies by room type and view, but the resort generally remains more accessible than other Magic Kingdom-area resorts. The Resort Studios consistently provide the strongest availability because of their large inventory, while Deluxe Studios and certain two-bedroom configurations become more competitive. Overall, Grand Floridian is one of the better choices for members seeking a Magic Kingdom-area resort during the busy summer season.
Deluxe Studios & Resort Studios
Studio availability is excellent overall, although it varies by category. The newer Resort Studios—particularly the Preferred View and Theme Park View categories—offer some of the strongest studio availability in Disney Vacation Club thanks to their large inventories. Resort View Resort Studios also remain readily available throughout the summer. The original Deluxe Studios are more limited because of their smaller inventories, especially the Preferred View category with just 17 villas, but members booking promptly at seven months still have good opportunities. For members seeking a studio, the Resort Studios are clearly the easiest accommodations to reserve.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas consistently offer excellent summer availability. Both Resort View and Preferred View villas remain widely available at the seven-month booking window and continue to perform well even as the booking window shortens. Members looking for more space without sacrificing booking flexibility will find the one-bedroom category to be one of the resort's strongest options.
2-Bedroom Villas
Two-Bedroom Villa availability depends largely on configuration. Dedicated 2-Bedroom Villas generally maintain good availability throughout the summer and remain realistic booking options at seven months. Lock-Off Villas, however, become considerably more competitive because of their smaller inventories and their dependence on connecting studio and one-bedroom availability. Members booking a two-bedroom should expect much better success when targeting a dedicated villa.
3-Bedroom Grand Villas
With only six Preferred View Grand Villas, inventory is naturally limited. Even so, Grand Villas often remain available longer than many members expect because of their higher point cost and more specialized demand. Members booking promptly at seven months still have a reasonable opportunity to reserve a Grand Villa, although flexibility with travel dates is helpful.
Old Key West
Overall Summary
Disney's Old Key West Resort offers some of the best summer availability in Disney Vacation Club, thanks to its exceptionally large villa inventory. Home resort owners booking at the 11-month window should have little difficulty reserving any accommodation type, and members booking at the 7-month window also enjoy excellent availability across nearly every category. Standard accommodations consistently outperform the Near Hospitality House categories, which have much smaller inventories and therefore become more competitive. Overall, Old Key West remains one of the easiest resorts for members without home resort priority to reserve during the busy summer season.
Deluxe Studios
Deluxe Studios provide excellent summer availability, particularly the standard studios with 192 rooms, which consistently maintain full-week availability well beyond the seven-month booking window. Near Hospitality House Studios, with only 38 rooms, are noticeably more competitive because many members prefer being within walking distance of the main lobby, dining, and feature pool. Members who are flexible on location within the resort will find standard studios significantly easier to reserve.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas are among the strongest-performing accommodations at Old Key West. The standard villas, with 192 units, maintain outstanding availability throughout the summer and continue to offer full-week reservations well beyond seven months. Near Hospitality House One-Bedroom Villas remain more competitive due to their limited inventory but still provide good booking opportunities for members reserving promptly.
2-Bedroom Villas
Two-Bedroom Villas offer exceptional availability throughout the summer. Both Dedicated and Lock-Off Villas remain readily available at the seven-month booking window, with the standard categories benefiting from inventories of nearly 200 villas or more. As with the smaller accommodations, the Near Hospitality House categories become more competitive because of their limited numbers, but they still perform well compared to similar preferred-location accommodations at other resorts. Members needing a larger villa will find Old Key West to be one of the easiest Disney Vacation Club resorts to reserve.
3-Bedroom Grand Villas
Old Key West is one of the best resorts for Grand Villa availability. With 25 standard Grand Villas, it has one of the largest Grand Villa inventories in Disney Vacation Club, allowing strong availability throughout the summer, even at the seven-month booking window. The Near Hospitality House Grand Villas, however, number only two, making them extremely difficult to reserve. Members seeking a Grand Villa should expect excellent success with the standard category while recognizing that the Near Hospitality House location is a specialty accommodation with much more limited availability.
Polynesian
Overall Summary
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows now consists of two distinct Disney Vacation Club offerings: the original Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and the Island Tower. The original resort has a well-established booking history and continues to provide solid summer availability, particularly for Deluxe Studios and the Bora Bora Bungalows. The Island Tower, which opened in late 2024, is still developing long-term booking patterns. Because the tower has been declared into the DVC inventory in phases as points are sold, the historical data represents only a limited number of booking cycles and should be viewed as preliminary. As additional villas are declared, availability patterns are expected to continue evolving.
Original Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
Deluxe Studios
The original Polynesian continues to offer some of the best studio availability on the Magic Kingdom monorail. With 288 Resort View Studios and 72 Preferred View Studios, members booking at seven months generally have a good opportunity to reserve a full-week stay if they book promptly. While availability declines after the seven-month window opens, the large inventory of Resort View Studios allows them to remain available longer than studios at many other monorail resorts.
Bungalows
The 20 Bora Bora Bungalows remain one of Disney Vacation Club's most unique accommodations. Despite their limited inventory, they consistently show excellent availability because of their very high point cost. Full-week reservations are commonly available at both the 11- and 7-month booking windows, and availability often extends well beyond seven months. Members with sufficient points may actually find a Bungalow easier to reserve than many standard villas.
Island Tower
Note: Island Tower availability should be interpreted with caution. The building has only been open for a short time, and Disney continues to declare additional villas into the DVC inventory as sales progress. As a result, these observations are based on a relatively small number of booking cycles and may not reflect long-term booking patterns.
Duo Studios
Duo Studios appear to maintain availability through the 11- and 7-month booking windows but fill rapidly afterward. The Preferred and Premium View categories are especially competitive because of their extremely limited inventories. Based on the available data, members should plan to reserve these accommodations as early as possible.
Deluxe Studios
Island Tower Deluxe Studios become considerably more competitive than the original Polynesian studios due to their smaller inventories. Resort View Studios provide the best booking opportunities, while Preferred View and Theme Park View categories tend to disappear much more quickly after the seven-month window opens.
1-Bedroom Villas
Current data suggests that one-bedroom availability varies considerably by view. Theme Park View villas generally provide the strongest availability, while Resort View and especially Preferred View villas become much more competitive because of their limited inventories. As additional inventory is declared, these patterns may change.
2-Bedroom Villas
Two-bedroom villas currently represent the most competitive accommodations in the Island Tower. Both dedicated and lock-off villas often experience limited availability shortly after the seven-month booking window opens. The 2-Bedroom Penthouse Villas, with only two villas in each view category, are true specialty accommodations and should be expected to have very limited availability.
Riviera
Overall Summary
Disney's Riviera Resort has developed into one of the strongest-performing Disney Vacation Club resorts for summer availability. While its Skyliner location and modern accommodations generate strong demand, the resort's balanced inventory allows many villa categories to remain available well beyond the 11-month home resort booking window. At 7 months, 1-Bedroom Villas and Preferred View accommodations consistently provide the best booking opportunities, while Tower Studios and Resort View Deluxe Studios are considerably more competitive because of their limited inventories. Overall, Riviera offers one of the best combinations of popularity and availability among Walt Disney World DVC resorts.
Tower Studios
Tower Studios remain one of Disney Vacation Club's most difficult accommodations to reserve. With only 24 rooms, they disappear quickly after the seven-month booking window opens and rarely remain available for full-week stays. Their attractive point charts, unique layout, and limited inventory make them highly sought after throughout the summer.
Deluxe Studios
Deluxe Studios provide good overall availability, although view category makes a significant difference. Preferred View Studios, with 119 rooms, consistently offer much stronger availability than Resort View Studios, which have only 67 rooms. Members booking promptly at seven months generally have a good opportunity to reserve a Preferred View Studio, while Resort View Studios become noticeably more competitive as the booking window shortens.
1-Bedroom Villas
One-Bedroom Villas are among Riviera's strongest accommodation categories. Both Preferred View and Resort View villas maintain excellent availability throughout the summer, with the larger Preferred View inventory consistently offering the best booking opportunities. Members booking at seven months can typically expect to find full-week availability, making one-bedroom villas an excellent choice for those seeking additional space.
2-Bedroom Villas
Two-Bedroom Villas generally offer very good summer availability, although inventory and configuration influence booking success.
