Kidani Village began a refurbishment in the 4th quarter of 2025. This was a "hard good" refurbishment and is the first major update this resort has gotten since opening.

The first studios and villas opened to the public on December 12. Some of our friends were among the first to stay in the new accommodations. The studios now feature the popular Murphy bed/couch, which most new refurbishments have adopted. These beds replace the sleeper sofas and are a welcome addition to the new rooms. The original units had carpet throughout the villa, but have been tastefully replaced in many areas with laminate flooring. Hard goods refurbishments typically include new appliances, flooring, bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, etc. Included in the refurbishment is an updated coffee maker to a Keurig Duo. Many of the original features have been refreshed where needed. All in all, the refurbishment is one of the best we've seen.
