Tower Studios

Tower Studios are in the arc of the resort, where the standard views meet the preferred views. There are three Studios on each floor, so the one nearest the parking lot's standard view will get that view. As the rooms in the arc turn toward the resort's preferred side, these rooms will get views of the Skyliner and Epcot in the distance.

Standard

Standard views are located on the north side of the resort and face the parking lot. Guests with Standard views in the west wing of the Riviera may have some views of Epcot.

Preferred

Preferred views face the water with views of the garden, pool, Caribbean Beach Resort, Skyliner, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. The Grand Villas are located on the preferred side of the resort on the end-caps facing south. Views include the pool, Skyliner, Caribbean Beach Resort.
