At the pivotal seven-month window, they tend to have limited availability compared to other types of accommodations. The most difficult Studios to secure are those at Animal Kingdom Villas-Jambo House. The Kilimanjaro Club-level rooms are considered a premium choice, with only five of these exclusive rooms available. Owners at other DVC resorts would be considered lucky to secure these accommodations. The Value Studios at Jambo House are also highly coveted despite there being 18 units, as they are the most affordable DVC Studios, resulting in very limited availability throughout the year.
