Grand Villa-Riviera Resort
When DVC claims that their resorts feel like a home away from home, they are likely referring to the Three-Bedroom Grand Villas. These accommodations are as spacious as a house and can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people. With 161 units spread across all DVC properties, they are twice the size of the Two-Bedroom Villas. The Three-Bedroom Grand Villas are especially popular with large families, as they provide ample space for everyone to stay together, rather than being split up across multiple rooms. Each unit spans over 2,000 square feet, while the six Grand Villas at the Grand Floridian are a massive 2,800 square feet each and even include a theater room. Roughly half of the villas are two-story and most are situated to provide the best views at the resort. Grand Villas are available at every DVC resort except for Beach Club, Boulder Ridge, and the Polynesian.

Grand Villas are spacious accommodations that feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as two additional bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. They also come with a pull-out couch or pull-down bed to accommodate two more people. Typically, these units have a separate dining room, a dedicated living room, and a large kitchen which is fully equipped with major appliances such as a stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink with disposal, and a built-in microwave. The cabinets are filled with various pots and pans, cookware and plates, silverware, and glasses. The two-story units usually have a loft area on the second floor, while some units come with pool tables.
The beautiful master bedroom will have direct access to a master bathroom, which is the largest bathroom on the property and will have a separate tub and walk-in shower. The other bedrooms will have access to their own bathroom as well. Most Grand Villas have four bathrooms, except for Boardwalk, Copper Creek, and Riviera which only have three.

Grand Villa-Size
DVC Grand Villas are the largest accommodation on Disney property. The smallest are the units at Bay Lake Tower, 2,044 square feet, and the largest at the Grand Floridian at 2,800 square feet.
Grand Villa-Point Requirement
Grand Villas points/night range goes from an average point price of 61.7 points at Old Key West to 145.7 points/night for an ocean view Grand Villa at Aulani in Hawaii. If these rooms were reserved with cash, the rack rate would range from $2,000-$5,000/night.
