Shame Disney can't get on board so they can hand out a copy to those who take the DVC tour, but this would highlight that there's also a resale option!

If there's not yet a section on overseas membership then maybe that's something to consider for future editions. such as the un-expecting FIRPTA, Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act and the income tax applied on foreign persons selling a US real estate, how to go about getting it refunded and the cost to do so.
