Key membership dates…..How do I calculate?

Member Upcoming Dates

One of the issues that members have from time to time is calculating key membership dates. If you miss it, you may not get that coveted room or dining reservation. There are excellent features on the DVC Field Guide website that helps members determine upcoming key membership dates. These include booking openings (11/7-month), dining reservations (60 days), and the next banking deadline based on Use Year. The due dates are refreshed daily and are located on this page (worthy of bookmarking or using the DVC Key Links drop down at the top of the page):

11 and 7-month Window Dates

Typically for 11-month and 7-month windows, the date calculated is not a problem. DVC booking windows are on the same day of the month + 11 or 7 months. For example, on April 15, you can make 11-month reservations for March 15 and 7-month reservations for November 15. However, when you get to the end of the month, the reservation opening dates become a bit clouded.

Unlike the 11 and 7-month window calculations, Dining reservations are calculated precisely sixty days back from the time of your first day of reservation. The table below shows the day the dining reservation will open for 2022 DVC reservations.
