Which Studios are the hardest to book?

Studios are the most popular DVC accommodation to book. They are the lowest-priced option for resort guests, so these rooms fill up quickly. Availability at the pivotable seven-month window will have fewer days or weeks open than any other accommodation.

The hardest Studios to get are the ones at Animal Kingdom Villas-Jambo House. The Kilimanjaro Club-level rooms are the only concierge-level DVC rooms available. There are only five of these rooms, and an owner at another DVC resort would be fortunate to get these accommodations. The Value Studios at Jambo House are also in high demand. There are 18 of these units, but they are the cheapest DVC Studios, so the need is very tight year-round.

There is seasonal demand throughout most resorts at Disney World, with Fall vacations, Thanksgiving, and Christmas being the hardest to get.
